ABOUT ME

Photography has been a significant pastime for me my whole life. My oldest photograph was taken in 1956 and I have avidly pursued photography ever since. During the last few years of employment, I equipped myself for Wildlife and Nature Photography. I took up Nature Photography full time after I retired. I travel throughout South Texas to photograph nature.

My favorite subjects are birds, but I also photograph other animals. I enjoy landscape photography and like to assemble panoramas from multiple images. I use Nikon digital cameras and lenses exclusively. Throughout all my years of learning photography, I have made mistakes. I have learned by correcting my mistakes and I have made so many that sometimes I think I made them all and some of them two or three times. But, I still make mistakes and I learn from them. I don't think there is a perfect photograph, nevertheless, my goal is to take one.
